"Cuyen products are of very good quality since care has been placed both in the selection and preparation of the fruit. They are of even texture. As well as their traditional use, jams can be used as an ingredient in savoury dishes and patisserie. With regards to the fruit in jars, I have used them in desserts and also together with lamb, ñandú [South American animal, similar to an ostrich] and other meats. I specially recommend the blackcurrants and the raspberries. With the rosehip jam, I have made a mousse, with an excellent texture and taste. "
